2) List two chief strengths and explain why. (It is helpful if you use examples that relate to the class.)

3) List two weaknesses and explain why. How can you overcome these weaknesses?

4) Describe what you have learned about yourself by taking this class. Give concrete examples. (This does not mean “I learned to do chemistry or physics, etc.”)

5) What are problems or challenges you needed to overcome to succeed in the class? How did your overcome them?

6) Pick two (2) activities or events that are very important to you and explain why.
